    What is the exclusive mandate of research?

    The mandate of research describe the content of the assignment, the nature of the property you are looking for, the duration of the mandate, the hunter’s pay, the duty of those present. It is exclusive because the buyer abstains from negotiating directly or through the intermediary of another professional the purchase of a property matching the type of the one we are already looking for.
